After this meeting, a design fee proposal will be sent to you for your review.

We encourage clients to incorporate some of the treasured pieces they already own. These pieces make the home feel personal and unique. With that said, we are also very honest about what works and what doesn't.

This varies per project. Some clients have brought on their own contractors, and we will defer all subcontractor contacts to them. We can connect you directly with our preferred wallpaper hangers, custom built-in contractors, painters, etc. as the project requires.

We purchase products from a variety of sources tailored to your unique project. Due to the custom nature of our projects, we primarily use to-the-trade vendors that allow for modifications and personalization for a one-of-a-kind look.
