When former clients approached me about downsizing from their expansive 10,000 square foot home to a more manageable single-story residence, I was surprised by the home that caught their eye. Captivated by the Organic Modern style after visiting their son on the West Coast, they challenged us to transform a traditional ranch into a bright and airy modern retreat. Through a complete gut renovation, we incorporated large skylights, natural textiles, and custom details to create a cohesive, livable space connected to nature, just as the clients envisioned.
